Gale Swartzlander

Gale Ann Swartzlander passed away on August 14, 2023. She was born to Robert Houts and Anna Viola Swartzlander on January 13, 1953 in Akron Ohio. She is survived by her soulmate and love of her life David Alan Johnson, her only daughter Jennifer Ann Diaz, grandchildren Destiny Green (Wes), Devin Hill, Aaliyah Frye and Mariah Frye. Great-granddaughters Alice, Caroline, Harper and Freyja.

Gales life was dedicated to her family. Her favorite past times included camping, fishing at Mogadore Reservoir and shopping, mostly for purses. Her favorite place in the world was Nags Head, North Carolina.

Gales remains will be cremated. We will have a memorial service at 194 Hale st, Mogadore, Ohio 44260, Lions park, pavilion 4 on Sunday August 27th at 1:00pm-4:00pm. If you wish to send flowers please deliver to 2005 Gross ave ne, Canton, Ohio 44714.
