Jeremy is survived by his loving wife Cierra, his grandmother Catherine, his mother Julie, stepfather Jim, brother Christopher, sister Janessa, niece Aaliyah, nephews Aaron, Legend, and Moore, Aunts Kerri and Alcinda, Uncles Doug and Jason and his many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father Jeffrey, Aunt Kelley, Uncle Randy, Uncle Rich, and his grandparents Richard and Linda.
