Joyce Ann Brittain

Joyce Ann Brittain, 59, after a battle with infection, passed in hospice, on March 14, 2023.  Daughter of Thomas Mead Brittain and Rosetta Nancy Brittain (Dech), deceased.  She is survived by a sister and many cousins who have loved her dearly for her kindness, her sweet nature, her wit, compassion, generosity of spirit and so very many artistic talents and skills. She blessed us with her radiant smile, her infectious laugh, her playfulness and sense of fun, her creativity and her tremendous joy in the holidays and in sharing time and love during every gathering of friends and family.

Her skills with pastry and cooking brought lifelong memories to her family, her clients, and anyone who partook of her gifted offerings.  Joyce loved flowers, gardening and arranging and her ribbons from the county fair and other competitions for flower arranging, baking, and crafts began early with 4H. She had a flair for performing in many and varied venues and always brought her signature smiling sweetness to every audience, small and large. She made us laugh.

Joyce was a bright and shining presence in the lives she touched and will be remembered forever and so very missed by those she loved, who loved her ❤️

A memorial will be scheduled for late Spring.
