Norma Elkins

Norma Lyn Elkins was a caring daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She left this world unexpectedly on May 31, 2023, at the age of 63. While her family and friends are shocked by her death, they will cherish the memories she left behind.

Norma was born to Lonnie Mashburn and Carol Greenfelder (Justice) on March 19, 1960. She is preceded in death by her biological father Lonnie Mashburn, her parents Lonnie and Carol Justice, husband Dennis Elkins and daughter Ashley Clementi.

She is survived by her three siblings- Wanda Balog, Herbert justice (Carl Nash) and Randy (Crystal) Justice, her five children- Jason Elkins, Brandy (Gregory) DeMoss, Joseph Elkins, Kelly Elkins, Michael Clementi, and her beautiful granddaughters.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023. More details to follow regarding time and location.
