Pam (O'Brien) McMasters

Pam McMasters passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023 surrounded by family and loved ones.

Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ruth O'Brien and brother-in-law, Tony Petit. She is survived by her daughter Tara (Dennis) Persinger, four grandchildren, Ryan, Garrett, Jacob and Josh, and three sisters, Sharon (Tom) Quinn, Coletta (Mike) Ruegg, Alice Petit.

Pam (O'Brien) McMasters

Pam was born on February 7, 1948 in Akron, Ohio. She attended St. Sebastian grade school and graduated from St. Mary's high school. She spent her career working in the medical field from the age of 16 starting as a nurse's aide. Pam retired at the age of 62, and loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed going to her grandchildren's sporting events and school functions. Pam spent many hours crocheting blankets for many causes. She was a member of Catholic Charities Women's Board and Sewing Ladies.

Services will take place Saturday May 27, 2023 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church located at 476 Mull Ave. Akron, OH 44320. Service will start at 1 PM, and live streamed at, www.youtube/StSebastianParish Family will be receiving friends after the service.

Pam will be greatly missed by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In honor of Pam, the family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities Summit County Women's Board (Sewing Ladies), 812 Biruta St, Akron, Ohio 44307.
