Ronnie (Ronald/Ron) Lee passed away on January 6th, 2025 at the age of 67. Ron was preceded in death by both his parents James and Julia; Brothers Gary, Rodney, Dickie; and Sister Judy.
Ron leaves behind his wife of 44 years Denise; children Ron (Diana), Jeff (Sarah), Julia (Chris); brothers Jim (Lori), Marty; sister Sheila; grandchildren Kobe, Branden, Jayden, Grace, Lilianna, Stella, Vivian; great granddaughter Mila; and the entire Huffman and LeHotan families. Ron loved his family very much.
Ron was a dedicated employee of Webb-Stiles for 43 years, and recently retired. He loved fishing, with Medina Lake being one of his favorite spots. He also enjoyed a good western movie, playing the slot machines, and watching the Browns and Buckeyes. Ron was an avid animal lover. He was considered a "cat whisperer" and his feral cat named "Buddy" will greatly miss him.
Although Ron was a man of few words, he did have a few favorite sayings:
"Be what it be, bumblebee", "It's all about having fun", and most famously "Next Year" when watching the Cleveland Browns. So, we ask that when you watch the first Browns game of the season, the moment they make a mistake, loudly and proudly shout out "Next Year" and remember this man who we all loved so very much.
In memory of Ron, we invite you to honor his love for animals with a contribution to your local (no-kill) animal shelter.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday April 26th, 2025 from 11 am- 4pm at Albion Woods Reserved Picnic Area in Strongsville Ohio.
