Timothy Best

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Timothy Allan "Tim" Best, born on August 15, 1967, in Dennison, Ohio. Tim departed this life unexpectedly at his home in Hartville, Ohio, on December 15, 2024, at the age of 57. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

A proud graduate of Jewett-Scio High School in the Class of 1987, Tim was a faithful member of Solid Rock Fellowship in Hartville. He was an avid fisherman and a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State football. Known for his vibrant personality, Tim brought joy to gatherings and cherished time spent with family and friends.

Tim is lovingly remembered by his parents, Phyllis and Arthur Best Sr., of Alliance; his siblings, Archie (Donna) Best of Scio and Shelli (Joey) Ocheltree of Alliance; and his children: Samantha (Tyler) McMahon of Morristown, Cara (Spencer) Everly of Richmond, Santana Murral of Bowerston, Austin Seal of Carrollton, Dillon Best of Bowerston, Harlee (Chris) Hamm of Ashland, Kentucky, and Monica (Reno Oney) Knight of Ashland, Kentucky. He also leaves behind several grandchildren, a host of beloved cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.

In accordance with Tim's wishes, he was cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Area Cremation Group. Online condolences may be shared on their website AreaCremationGroup.com.
